Eric Gehringer, Co-Founder
Eric Gehringer co-founded Envision Dental with the vision of building a Dental Support Organization rooted in Nebraska values and focused on long-term sustainability.
Eric recognized that many general dental practice owners across Nebraska face increasing pressure from:

Alex Zanetti, Co-Founder & President
Alex Zanetti is Co-Founder and President of Envision Dental Incorporated, where he leads strategy, growth, and M&A.
As the son of a dentist, Alex brings a personal understanding of the clinical and operational priorities that matter most to providers. With over a decade of experience in private equity-backed and founder-led environments, he has closed more than $150 million in transactions and built scalable acquisition platforms in the dental sector.
Prior to Envision, Alex held senior roles at Oakpoint, a dental support organization, and a Shore Capital-backed platform, where he led end-to-end deal execution and strategic growth initiatives. He began his career in M&A and valuation, completing more than 275 company analyses across industries.
His leadership is focused on building a doctor-aligned platform centered on:
